Our Research and Development team conducts detailed analysis and study of product requirements of our clients and communicate closely with the client to further improve the overall design. The product range is developed so that production processes are as efficient as possible and the products are technically superior, hence possessing a natural advantage in the market place.

The Design team also utilises state-of-the-art Unigraphic CAD/CAM software, AutoCAD and Mould Flow to work on 2D and 3D moulding designs in a virtual environment to solve any design Issues.

The Research and Development team will then proceed with Design of Experiment (D.O.E) before proceeding to tooling and fabrication.

Tooling fabrication from cosmetic part to internal mechanical part with tolerance as low as 0.03mm, and we have the ability to produce and manage up to 1000 quality mould yearly.
